1001 web and tech

I've recently become interested in web design and would like to take further courses either at a university or a tafe institution in Sydney. I already have a bachelor degree in business so am looking to post graduate qualifications but don't know whether that would be adequate if I want to become a top notch web designer. Does anybody know which university or tafe inst. offer the best web design courses (and what the name of the course may be since these courses seem to be more fancy sounding and are very rarely just called "web design"). Much appreciated.
