Open Question: Are there any Home study Web design courses out there for people who work on a mac?

Hi, My Fiance is a Graphic Designer. He has just completed an auto-cad course and is looking to further his knowledge by doing a web design course. All of the courses we have seen are on PC??? Also he is looking for home study? Anyone know of any? Thanks
